GUARANTEE COUNTS
The final attendee count must be received to Catering by Diana office no later than 11am three (3) days prior to the function. This number will be considered the guarantee and charges will be made accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the event is canceled seven (7) business days prior there is no charge for cancellation. If the event is canceled less than seven (7) days, customer is responsible for 25% of the cost of the event.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made by check or Visa and Mastercard on the day of the event unless arrangements are made by office prior to the event.
SERVICE CHARGE
A 15% Service Charge and applicable taxes shall be added to all charges for the event.
